About
the Author

My life has been shaped by people, energy, and seasons that changed me.

For more than twenty years, I worked in nightlife—an environment that taught me how to read a room, listen beyond words, and stay grounded even when everything around me wasn’t.

That path eventually led me inward.

Today, I focus on living with intention, clarity and self-trust, and sharing what I’ve learned along the way. Everything I offer comes from lived experience, from doing the work, and from learning how to tell myself the truth instead of abandoning who I am.

My memoir, The Fire That Fed Me, is a story of love, loss, and the moment you realize you have to choose yourself even when it’s hard. It’s a reflection of everything I’ve lived, unlearned, and rebuilt.

This chapter of my life is about alignment, purpose, and honoring the woman I’ve become.

If you’re standing at the edge of something new, you don’t have to walk it alone.
